Morning, everyone. 

Yesterday I got some people’s messages and they asked me how to come up with a 30-second talk or even one-minute talk fast. 

Well, here are some very simple rules or some very simple principles I have been following. 

Basically, just think about the 5 Ws and 1 H. The five W’s are what, refers to what we are going to talk about, what you would like to talk about, and where, when, who and why. Oh, and which, yeah, that’s that’s the 6th W. And then of course, “how,” that’s the 1 H. 

So basically I just think about these 6 Ws and 1 H, and it’s much easier for me to come up with a 30-second talk or a one-minute talk.
